Why this section? Because I have learned that how someone works is as important as the work itself.

I believe in we over me. In being curious, not competitive. Marketing is a team sport.

Listening to others' points of view is essential to getting at the right ideas and the strongest execution. Being respectful and honest lowers barriers and fosters collaboration. And having a sense of humor makes the day a little more pleasant.

I believe in keeping an open mind and being a perpetual student. I still take classes in writing, and in UX and search. I’ve learned from every person and every project I’ve encountered in my career.
